Client Policies & Procedures

At Angels Of Lisa Home Care, we are committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and respectful non-medical home care services. Our policies help ensure a safe and positive experience for our clients, families, and caregivers.


Services We Provide

Angels Of Lisa Home Care offers non-medical home care services designed to help clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

Our services may include:

• Companionship

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Grocery shopping and errands

• Non-medical transportation

• Medication reminders

• Assistance with daily routines

• Safety supervision

Please Note:

We do not provide medical services such as nursing care, injections, or medication administration.


Client Rights

All clients receiving services from Angels Of Lisa Home Care have the right to:

• Be treated with dignity and respect

• Receive compassionate and professional care

• Participate in decisions about their care

• Have their personal information kept private

• Express concerns or complaints without fear of retaliation

• Request a change in caregiver if needed


Client Responsibilities

To ensure quality care, clients and families are expected to:

• Provide accurate information about care needs

• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for caregivers

• Communicate schedule changes in advance

• Pay for services according to the agreed service plan


Scheduling & Cancellations

Services are scheduled based on client needs and caregiver availability.

We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice if a visit needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. This allows us to properly manage caregiver schedules and continue providing reliable service.


Payment Policy

Angels Of Lisa Home Care accepts:

• Private Pay

• Long-Term Care Insurance

• United Healthcare

• Anthem

• Humana

Payment terms will be discussed during the client intake process.


Safety Policy

The safety of both our clients and caregivers is extremely important.

Services may be paused if:

• The home environment is unsafe

• There is threatening or abusive behavior

• Illegal activity is present

We will work with families to resolve any safety concerns before services continue.


Privacy & Confidentiality

Angels Of Lisa Home Care respects the privacy of all clients. Personal information is kept confidential and only shared when necessary for care coordination, insurance purposes, or as required by law.
